Hello Mr. Hatcher!

Just a wee message to tell you that, so far, the replacement orchid you so kindly brought us, continues to thrive and looks what my mother would have called "splendiferous!".

She was of irish descent  aand my father was of old yorkshire stock - so you can imagine how i got to be the way i am today - blamey one minut, stern reproval next.

That aside - you have been all (and even more) than i expected when i first got in touch with you - and i continue to think of  you  as one of the few (rapidly  dwindling) people in business who treat your customers in a princely way.... Long may you succeed.
