You have never let me down.  I live in the USA and I have to rely upon online pictures to choose flowers.  The short-stemmed roses you recently sent for me were raved about for days.  My mother-in-law has received many flowers over the years from other florists, but she kept saying that these particular roses were the largest, prettiest selection she had ever seen.   Every arrangement I have ever requested has been glorious.  Thank you for taking care of every single order you fill.

WOW... wanted to thank you very much for an excellent quality of flowers and great service. Ordered a box of 12 roses for my Wife's Birthday and they arrived right on time and she described them as "the best quality roses that I have ever seen" saying that they lasted more than a week looking absolutely beautiful with a great fragrance. So often these days it is hit and miss whether delivered flowers will live up to their potential and Hatcher really came through! Mr. P

Hello Mr. Hatcher!

Just a wee message to tell you that, so far, the replacement orchid you so kindly brought us, continues to thrive and looks what my mother would have called "splendiferous!".She was of irish descent  aand my father was of old yorkshire stock - so you can imagine how i got to be the way i am today - blamey one minut, stern reproval next. That aside - you have been all (and even more) than i expected when i first got in touch with you - and i continue to think of  you  as one of the few (rapidly  dwindling) people in business who treat your customers in a princely way.... Long may you succeed.
